Hey guys. Back again with some more battle reports after my latest tournament over here.

This time I took my Tomb Kings to the windy capital of NZ to fight it out in an almost zero comp environment, and came off with another win!

I played a Khalida based list with all the toys the forums had been talking about of late. Double catapults, double caskets, Ushabti with Great bows and the Queen herself. 2 VC, 2 chaos Warrior and an Orc'n Goblin list later and I am tied for 1st place.

The first battle report can be found on my blog

http://plastickrak.blogspot.co.nz/2012/08/...tro-game-1.html

I will post up the other games when I finish writing them!

Congrats on the win mate! I do find TK excel in an uncomped environment... ok a "no Teclis" is a solid comp biggrin.gif Although we can all agree your success is clearly due to taking double casket. rolleyes.gif

In seriousness though, glad to see the horse archers working out well for you. Nice report, look forward to the other games!

Sorry about the wall of text for game 5, but it was a nail biter!

Thank you so much for the reports, they were really exciting and fun to read!

My horse archers are off chasing the Chaos Knights

This made me laugh so hard. Just the thought of wimpy Skeleton Horse Archers out for the blood of the elite Chaos Knights... Priceless!

I'd also like to echo Tonberrys' comments about the double casket and (in particular) the use of the horse archers.

Great reports and a superb rusult. Nice job, Amonakhom! smile.gif
