Well, I played Beastmen a bit, so here's my 2 cents:
Use archers. Beastmen have like no long range or armor.
Stay out of long combats. Beastmen will rape you in melee, and your troops are crappy.
Outmagic him if possible. Beastmen magic can be really strong, so try to be extra sure the spell is important before you dispell it.

That's the most I can give you w/o more details on his list.

well he runs a 6 man strong minotaur unit with a doombull, all extra hand weapons and a doombull with talisman of preservation, axes of khorgor. That unit is really my only problem

It would help to know what point level you are playing at.

The first thing I think of to throw against the unit is a warsphinx with the fiery roar upgrade. Also if I remember correctly they are toughness 4, so hexing them with the -1 toughness and then massing a volley at them with a unit of archers (preferably with smiting), could also put on some hurt. Another option could be a unit of 8 chariots.. If you are feeling especially lucky a tomb king with destroyer of eternities and a potion of speed and buffed to have heroic killing blows on a 5+. Last option is taking Khalida list that just poison shoots the unit to death, while warsphinxes hold up the rest of his army.

I really do think you will have to pull of the -1 strength and toughness hex on them and preferably the wardsave and the multiple attacks on whatever unit is going to attack them.

A pointsize would probably help in narrowing it all down..

On a somewhat related note.... last time I faced something like that was against a inexperienced beastmen player who made the mistake of charging a unit of night goblins that was flanked by two more units of night goblins. After launching fanatics from the side units to land in front of the charged unit and the other fanatics straight at the minotaurs, only a doombull was left standing biggrin.gif
