Does anyone like or watch Dubbed anime?

Well to be honest i used to watch every anime dubbed... (well actually spanish dubbed cause i'm latin american...) i loved it that way... and i never even thought about watching it in japanese... it sounded to stupid at the time... (yeah i also think i was pretty stupid when i was young)
So there was this anime on tv that was subbed and i didn't watch it because it wasn't in spanish... and now i really wanna watch it and i can't seem to find it anywhere... (god i know i'm stupid... i hate myself for doing that... ) this was all when i was like 7 years old or sth so it's not like that anymore... (i'm 16 now)
Anyway at that time I had this obsession for detective conan so when they stoped showing it on tv (when i was like 9) i sort of forgot all about anime and didn't think about it cept maybe for pokemon, sailor moon, dragon ball and other anime that were still running on tv...(spanish dubbed all of them)
I was like 13 when i got a fast internet conection and i thought of the idea of looking for detective conan online so i did and i don't quite remember how i came across card captors sakura subbed... and i thought "what the hell let's give it go and watch it with the original japanese voices... how bad can it be?"
Well no need to tell u i loved it so much i rewatched the whole series in japanese... but what i really will never forget is that feeling of self-hatred i felt when i remembered that anime i didn't watch that time because it was in japanese... (oh it's silent mobius if anyone read all of the post and was wondering)
So then i watched a couple of episodes of some well known anime english Dubbed to see if they were any good... by this time i couldn't trust my prejudgement anymore (say... sailor moon, card captors sakura)
I hated them... all of them... so i finally decided to stick to the japanese originals... or spanish dubbs as a back up... but i swore never to watch an english dubbed anime again EVER... (yup that's how much i didn't like them)

*If you wish to skip all my previous maybe boring for u story... bottom line is:
*I always watch subbed anime now...
*I sometimes watch them spanish dubbed cause they are on tv...
*I NEVER EVER watch english dubbed anime cause i think it sucks...

I mean there are many ppl who like english dubbs better... i personally HATE them... this will probably be an eternal discussion between otakus... but since it's an opinion matter there's no right or wrong...

I just felt like writing today so i tell u guys all of this... many won't read it cause it's too long... I know how u feel... i'll leave u be and won't write anymore... cause it's far too much already ... hehe ... bye nowwww...

I love to hear the original voices....they sound so cool and cute!!!!! although sometimes i have to read but that doesn't matter....0.0

Well, to be blunt.
Dubbed sucks I hate it.
It makes my ear bleed.
But of course it's my Point of view.
Some people Tend to like Dubbed.
Well, for me I prefer to hear the Original.
I might hate Dubbed the way it sounds very bad.
Plus it hurts. Sorry.

If possible, I'll sub my already dubbed anime with english. Although I like other anime to be dubbed than subbed (like cowboy bebop, Inuyasha, RahXephon, and trigun)

i agree with this totally...some shows (usually ones with action) i find i loose a lot of the impact of visuals if i have to read subtitles...also it really depends on the company who dubs the show, viz media/shonen jump and 4kids can go die in a hole, where madman/funimation usually do a good job.

again, there are some shows that are perfect in japanese *cough* death note, lucky star, lovely complex*cough* and some that have perfectly reasonable english dubs, and i think english dubs have dramatically improved over the past few years
