Organization Meeting Details
1. Congratulations to our new organization Generals!

If you did not attend the organization meeting, you were not promoted to your proper position within the organization. If you wish to be promoted to your proper position, please PM myself within the next week to arrange it.

2. Our organization's Generals and I have decided that each General will be responsible for a specific area of our organization. We will be looking to bring up more responsible, helpful, and hardworking Generals, Squad Commanders, and Unit Commanders in order to further facilitate and specialize the functions of our organization. As of right now, the responsibilities are as follows:

• Slaeyte - Administrative Functions, Organization Treasury, Organization Bot Administration, Recruiting, Emergency Commander in Chief
• Rothgrar - New Player Facilitation & Tutoring, Twinking
• Aete - Organization Planning & Development
• Tokiri - Crafting & Organization Armory

If you wish to be a part and lend a helping hand in any of the above areas of our organization's expansion, please send a private message to the General responsible for the particular area. Approval is pending agreement of Generals and President, myself. If you have any other ideas for specific branches of the organization that should be created, please send me a private message in-game or on the forums.

3. Please private message myself on the forums or in-game to give me a time that is free in each of your schedules, so I can begin to schedule organization meetings that each person may attend. It is important to attend these meetings, so we can get to know each other and our plans for the future more effectively.

4. If you have any complaints about the organization and our management of it, please direct them towards me, not in organization chat. If you wish to discuss it with another player, please do so in private messages or in a team chat with them. I want to keep a positive attitude in our organization's chat, so please send it my way and we can get something done about it .

5. We will be holding contests for items donated to the organization shortly, as well as distributing items in a fair manner. If you would like to donate anything, please mention it to a General and do so. I will be making an organization item mule account to carry all organization items.

6. Please also be thinking about a location that you would wish to hold our organization meeting. We ended up having it in Rothgrar's apartment, but as we grow, we cannot all fit. Maybe in The Happy Rebel next to Tir grid access? Let me know!

7. In order to better facilitate a positive environment in our organization, the Generals have agreed on a couple of details involving attitude. We will not tolerate harsh attitudes and lack of respect among organization members. If there is an incident involving someone acting negatively or attacking someone else verbally, or any other issue with you, your name will be brought up for a vote among Generals next General meeting that is held. The Generals will vote whether to keep you, warn you, or release you from our organization. President will not vote unless there is a tie, and will also have final say. Generals, if in agreement and unanimously, can overrule a Presidential "veto" if you will. This is the system we will put in place, and give a pilot. Should it work, it will remain, if not, we will offer changes and overhauls until it does. Thanks everyone.
