First off, congrats to LP for winning Viewer's Choice for Breaking the Habit. Hard work really does pay off!
Unfortunately, this post is about that award. If you are a frequent LiveJournal user, it is almost hard to avoid the posts that Good Charlotte fans are making in various communities. They are accusing LP fans of 'using automatic voter' programs to help sway the vote, therefore making Good Charlotte loose their award. I was just wondering what everyone's opinion on this was. After reading what some other people have said on various websites, I myself do not believe that these automatic voters made Linkin Park win the award. MTV did not just set up a flimsy poll, and I'm sure it has safe guards. But most of all, with talk of these ways to trick the poll, surely Linkin Park would of won by more than a m |

Well I think that's a load of crap. I voted by hand at least 500-1000 times. I spent over 5 hours voting for Linkin Park the day of the VMA's. So those GC fans can kiss my @$$.
