Hello Everyone:

Only three more weeks and the historic proclamation will be completed. I have networked staff members from three separate city halls, even contacted the Governor of North Carolina (at least his office, I am sure he was pretty busy), not to mention local contacts who are passing the word on this event (review my previous posts to catch up).

The topic of my book, Captain Otway Burns, is being formally recognized for his service to his city, state and Nation. Being a successful but, hunted Privateer (not Pirate) during the War of 1812 is only one of the many adventures he experienced during his long life.
