It's good for saving money, and it's bad for obvious reasons.

As someone who takes the bus home from work every day and feels there's too much sitting there bored and not enough time gripping the seat in terror, I am all for this solution.
Ideally, the buses will just run every other vehicle off the road, forcing everyone to take the bus because their cars are wrecked. It solves traffic congestion as well as excessive emmissions problems. It's win-win!
