That aside, it's a nice surprise that you got the position, Ben. It seems you're taking all the mellow RMs (aka Heatman) and getting a chance to make them into regular bruisers (aka WW Heatman). Do. Not. STOP!

Hardman's a pretty cool dude so it's somewhat sad he's not coming around these parts any more... well, best of luck to him and whatever he does! And yeah, I knew if anyone had to be replaced, Ben would be the one to do it so 'grats~

I admit that I dropped the ball on this one.

Now that I've been reminded, however, I may as well take the time to say 'Congrats' to Ben on getting the position. I figure that he was the perfect individual in the case.

The only excuse I've got is that I haven't been on the site recently. This is the first I've heard the big news. I've just been sorta preoccupied is all.

But with that said, I'm just as sad and surprised to see Hadrian go as everyone. He contributed a lot to the site, and I have a lot of resepect for his work. I just hope he's doing okay, wherever he is. But if anyone can fill Hard's shoes, Ben's the man to do it. Congrats to my fellow Sixer!

Congratulations, Ben! I know it'll be a hard job, but I'm sure your magnetic personality will rise to the occasion. The spark of creativity you bring really makes you the tops at writing epilogues! It may be tough being in Gauntlet's shadow, but I'm sure you'll snake your way to the top. Just don't let G needle you too much!

The latter seemed a bit more serious this time around, although I note that Crorq continues to be comically disturbing.

It'll be tough to picture Hardman as a zany kind of character, but I;m sure Ben can make it work.

Well, I've been inactive and out-of-the-loop lately, so checking in here and finding out about a roster change (especially since the last lineup seemed permanent) really caught me by surprise. No offense to Ben, of course. :P

It's actually cool to see a very different kind of character for a position once in a while, hahah. It helps both the predecessor and the successor stick as distinct characters, and it can keep people (even the writers, apparently) on their toes. I can't wait to see how the in-epilogue Mechs do with Ben on the team, and congrats to Ben on the new position!

I suppose there's just no counting on the lineup being permenant. Soemtimes people quit or drop out of contact. It just can't be helped.
