Had to URL-ify them since they were pretty big for the forum window.

The humans there look pretty good. You've definitely improved over the years. The Charizard looks okay, though it looks like you just ran out of space in a couple parts, and the angles are awkward as a result. I reccommend sketching out the basic shape of a drawing with the lightest of pencil strokes first off to help visualize what you want the end product to look like. I often get the same problem when I start to draw large things like that, because I don't realize right away that I'm visualizing a pose that goes right off the page.
