I know this is a REALLY long post, but you're going to have to read all of it in order to understand and have fun at this place!
Statistics
There are more innovative stats here. They are: Power level, HP, Strength, Armor, Ability, and Speed
Power Level: Your power level is the number of levels you must have to use a specific attack.
HP: This is your life energy. If this goes down to zero, you lose. No item or support can revive you when you reach zero in 1 on 1 battles. End of story.
HP Level Increase Chart Lvl. 1 = 4000 Lvl. 2 = 4200 Lvl. 3 = 4400 So on and so forth...not much explination for this one.
Strength: EVERYONE starts out at 100%. This means your attacks power is at a normal damage rate. Though, this can be decreased by items too. This means all attacks are done normally. Though, if this were at 120% you multiply the normal DMG times 1.20 and the product is how much damage you do. (Round up the decimal to a whole number)
Strength Level Increase Chart Lvl. 3 = 120% Lvl. 5 = 140% Lvl. 7 = 160% Lvl. 9 = 180% Lvl. 11 = 200% Lvl. 13 = 220% Lvl. 15 = 240% Lvl. 17 = 260% Lvl. 19 = 280% Lvl. 21 = 300% <--- FINAL LEVEL!
Armor: Okay, you can pick between Plasma and Physical to be your armor, and only those two. Lets say yours is Physical and the enemy uses a Physical attack, the damage is cut in half. This rule only applies to Normal Attacks. Omni armor can only be used by admins or if an admin says you can use it. MUST HAVE A STAT DEFICIT!!!
Ability: Okay, if this reaches to level 3 you may add another Normal Attack. When it reaches Level 5, you may add another Support ability. When it reaches Level 7, you may add another ULTIMATE Attack, then at 9 it goes back to a normal attack. And so on...
Ability level-Effect Lvl. 3 = +1 Normal Attack Lvl. 5 = +1 Support Ability Lvl. 7 = +1 Ultimate Attack Lvl. 9 = +1 Normal Attack Lvl. 11 = +1 Support Ability Lvl. 13 = +1 Ultimate Attack Lvl. 15 = +1 Normal Attack Lvl. 17 = +1 Support Ability Lvl. 19 = +1 Ultimate Attack <---FINAL LEVEL!
Speed: If your Speed Level is higher than the opponent, you go first. If it’s the same, the Judge of the fight will pick randomly who goes first. At any time during the battle, where your speed increases higher than your opponent for any reason at all, your opponent loses a turn, and you may do anything again in the same turn.
Attacks
Okay, you are given 3 normal attacks to begin with that you can use any time per battle. This number will change as you level up. They can be either Plasma, like Megaman’s buster, or Physical, like a punch or kick. Choose wisely. Here’s an example:
Mega Ject Shot -230 DM- (Physical) {Attacks the enemy with wild kicks}(Takes 1 power level)
Power beam -320 DM- (Plasma) {Attacks the enemy with a HUGE blast of power) (Takes 2 power levels)
Blast Field -400 DM- (Plasma) {Makes a huge energy field around you to attack the enemy} (Takes 3 Power Levels)
Also, these CAN'T be powerful. Leave it between 100 - 500. Remember to put how much Power Levels are taken off!
Attack Damage and Power levels Chart 100 - 250 (1 Power Level)
260 - 350 (2 Power Levels)
360 - 500 (3 Power Levels)
Support Abilities
Mostly self-explanatory, but this ability is to support your character with an ability used at the beginning of a fight so you're not suppose to trigger it during a fight it happens in the beginning so its passive. 0 PL used, and these aren't suppose to be extremely powerful because they're just an ability to aid your character litle by little.
Do not make a support ability that does 100+ damage to your opponent per turn. Make it under 100. Change your support if you have one like this. Also, do not make a support ability that directly copies the effects of an item.
Here's an example:
Chill Penguin's Snowstorm {Creates a field-wide snowstorm, slowing the enemy down to where Chill Penguin has a higher Speed Level than them, enabling him to ALWAYS attack first.}
Got it?
Ultimate Attacks
Okay, these are your strongest attacks, you can use these only when in hyper mode and only when you have enough Power Levels. You have to take off MANY more power levels than the normal attacks. Here’s an example:
Final Destruction -3000 DM- (Plasma) {Uses all of the energy remaining in your body to burst out at the enemy} (Takes 6 power levels)
These are your strongest assaults. The higher the damage the higher the Power levels you must take off. Also, the range of damage is 1,000 - 3,300. Also, you may only have 1 to start with. This number will change as you level up.
Ultimate Attack Damage and Power Level Range Chart 1000 - 1600 (4 Power Levels)
1700 - 2300 (5 Power Levels)
2400 - 2600 (6 Power Levels)
2700 - 3000 (7 Power Levels)
3100 - 3300 (8 Power Levels)
YOU MAY ONLY USE YOUR ULTIMATE ONCE PER BATTLE. YES!!! I SAID IT! ONCE PER BATTLE!
Power Levels
You ALWAYS start at level 4. Once you use an attack, you take off how many power levels you need. Like if I was at level 6 and I used Final Destruction, it goes down to 0. If it’s down to zero, you must charge. When you charge, your Power level goes up by one. Also, it ends your turn. The highest number of levels you can go to is 8. That’s the max.
Leveling Up
Remember, you start at level 1 on each stat. When you first make your character, you are given 3 stat points to use on any Stats on your character you choose. Once you level up your character, you have the right to level up 2 different stats by one point only when you level up though. Which are: Ability, HP, Speed, and Strength.
Ability: What happens when you level this up, is stated in the Statistics section.
HP: You automatically start out with 4000. When you level it up, it goes up by 200.
Speed: When your Speed Level is higher than the opponent, you go first.
Strength: When this reaches level 3, the percentage goes up to 120%. For those people that have hard time with math, I’ll explain. Move the decimal in 120 two spaces to the left, which reveals 1.20. Multiply that by the attack and the product is how much damage you do to the enemy. (Round up on the decimal) So when you level it up to level 5 it will go to 140% and so on..
Here are the levels and how much people you must beat in order to gain that level:
Level Up Chart Lvl. 1 = 0 wins Lvl. 2 = 1 win Lvl. 3 = 2 wins Lvl. 4 = 3 wins etc, etc...Self Explanitory
Every time you gain a level, you may boost up any TWO DIFFERENT stats by 1 level. For example, I'm at level 1 and I beat one person in the battle zone, so I level up to 2. Next, I beat TWO more people, so I level up level 3. Understand?
After every THREE level ups, you increase your starting PL by 1. So..
You obviously start out at level 1, and once you get to level 4, your starting PL goes to 5 instead of 4. Then, when you get to level 7, your PL goes to 6. Understand?
Maximum Statistics Leveling
HP: The maximum level for this is 30, making your hp at 10,000.
Ability: The maximum level for this is 19, making you have THREE ultimates of the max.
Strength: The maximum level for this 21, making your strength 300%
Speed: The maximum level for this is 20, allowing you to make 3 commands per turn. If your speed is level 10, you can make 2 commands per turn.
Even though these are the maximum levels, you can still go over the maximum if you have permanent items that allow you to.
Battle System
Whoever has the higher speed level goes first. Then, you can either choose between these things to do:
Attack Charge Use Item
Attack: You know what happens. All of it is stated above.
Charge: Charge your Power level. You can raise it up by 1 every time you use it.
Use Item: Some items activate on their own, but some do not. When you use an item, put it like this:
ACTIVATE ITEM: [Insert name of Item here] {Description of Item}
Then, your turn ends.
Remember, you ALWAYS start out at Power Level number 4 when you first begin. This number will change as you level up.
Team Battles
The max amount of people on your team is 2, including yourself. Okay, you first start off by adding up your speed levels on your team. If the sum of it is higher than the enemies’, then you go first, but if it’s vise-versa the enemies go first. What if it’s the same? Then the judge will pick which team to go first. Okay, you and your team decide the person who attacks first on your team. Then, everything goes normal according to the ‘single’ style battle system. You then decide which enemy to attack. Then, it switches to a different person on your team. Also, you and your team decide the person who attacks next. After you’re team ends all of their turns, it switches to the enemies’ turn.
Also, if you have any items, your teammate can use your items for his own even if he's dead.
Hyper Mode
Hyper mode. The command which upgrades yourself and your stats. Your 'strength' stat is automatically boosted up 20% when you're in Hyper mode, BUT THE STRENGTH INCREASE CAN ONLY BE USED ON THE NORMAL ATTACKS! NOT THE ULTIMATES! Also, this one's VERY important: YOU MAY ONLY USE YOUR ULTIMATES WHEN YOU'RE IN HYPER MODE. ONLY IN HYPER MODE!!! NO STRENGTH PERCENTAGES AFFECT THE DAMAGE OF THE ULTIMATE ATTACKS! So, all of the commands are as followed:
Attack Charge Hyper Mode Item
You can use Hyper Mode at any level. Another thing, you CANNOT charge AT ALL while you're in Hyper Mode. Once you're IN hyper mode, after each turn, your power levels start to deplete by one level. THOUGH, once you use your Ultimate Attack, you automatically leave hyper mode. There are TWO ways to leave Hyper Mode:
1. Use your Ultimate 2. Your Power Levels drop to 0.
Once your Power Levels deplete down to 0, you leave Hyper Mode and lose a turn. So, here's a tip: It's better to Activate Hyper Mode at higher Levels so it will last longer. YOU CANNOT LEAVE HYPER MODE ON YOUR OWN!!!!
FAQ
What are Power Levels?
They're the energy points you need to launch an attack. Once you use that specific attack, you lose the number of Power Levels you need to take off from using that attack.
The admin keeps declining my character because he says my Attack damage is too low/high!
This happens most often. In Normal Attacks, the damage range is 100 - 500. Try not to make it 500 or 100 often. We don't want you to God mode or weaken yourself from your attacks.
The admin keeps declining my character because he says my Power Levels are messed up!
Well, Here are the ranges and damage in NORMAL ATTACKS:
100 - 250 (1 Power Level)
260 - 350 (2 Power Levels)
360 - 500 (3 Power Levels)
Suggested damage for NORMAL ATTACKS ---THAT DRAIN HEALTH---:
100 - 250 (3 Power Level)
260 - 350 (4 Power Levels)
ULTIMATE ATTACKS:
1000 - 1600 (4 Power Levels)
1700 - 2300 (5 Power Levels)
2400 - 2600 (6 Power Levels)
2700 - 3000 (7 Power Levels)
3100 - 3300 (8 Power Levels)
Why can't I level up any more stats?!
It wouldn't be as much fun, right? The idea is to fight people more often and be more active on the board as much as possible. You never know, you may be able to beat an admin if you train hard enough!
Does it end your turn when you initiate Hyper Mode?
The answer is no. You can attack, use an item, whatever, but you can't charge.
The support abilities are confusing, lend me a hand on making a decent support ability
Ah, they can be a bit tricky, but these are simply just a way to give your character the advantage over something. It's nothing really big, because you don't trigger it during a fight, it just happens in the beginning.
What do you define as a turn?
The entire phase between your command and your opponents command. That is a turn. See how they say... "It's your turn"? Well, thats saying when you go around both phases back to yours, thats how you get a turn. Now don't get confused here, because this is a pretty simple matter.
Permanent Items You can have as many Permanent items as you want, but only 1 item can be equipped at a time. Do it like this.. Equipped item: "something" This goes under your character's stats of w/e you have in your signature. for other permanent items, just put them on the bottom of your signature or character's page). Ofcourse, if you have 2 or more characters each of them can have 1 item equipped. And finally: This ONLY affects the items labelled as "Permanent Item". not normal items. Yes, you can also swap the items if you buy a better one or decide to use something more fitting in an upcoming fight.
Are we allowed to control other peoples' characters? No. Plain and simple. If we find out you broke this rule, you will be punished. If you used their character without permission, you will be suspended for a time. If you did with permission, you will both be suspended for 1 day. End of story.
