Yes Popups now translatable

I recently made a locale structure for this nice extension.
It can be grabbed here :

For the moment, it is en-US only, but I suppose the author will have no problem to build a fr-FR one

What I suggest is : the extension should be submitted to http://www.babelzilla.org where there are volunteer translators that could help it to be spread worldwide

Ok, so I managed to port the locale structure for version 0.9.4.
But now I have 2 problems :
1. I signed up on babelzilla a few hours ago and I still haven't received the account activation e-mail.
2. I don't know how to put accents in the .properties files.

Could you tell me how to put accent in .properties files ? (the html entities don't work there)

Well, everything is (almost) fine now :
1. my non-activated account let me upload my extension anyway...
2. I replaced .properties files with simple .js files and it's working perfectly
