Reason: Both her parents often abused her everyday, not even caring if she cried or not. One day they abandoned her and never returned. Maxwell came and snatched her away, but Alice did not protest one bit.

History: Alice was very obsessed with Alice In Wonderland and even went so far as to think she was Alice and in a Wonderland of her own.
She often talked to herself and spoke of strange creatures from her hallucinations. She would go to Wonderland because it was her "happy place".
