Thanks to all the volunteers that are working so hard to help cleanup after the tornado. We are blessed to have such a strong community. I have been so impressed with the number of volunteers that Mena has and the amount of work done already. Some people don't realize that when they see loggers and volunteers on the side of the road cutting trees and cleaning debris that most of these people are not getting paid, they are volunteers. They are paying there employees to help clean up or there employees and families are donating there time to help with the clean up. With the temperatures being in the eighties this week please help make sure these all of these volunteers working so hard to help our town have plenty of water to drink. I am gathering ice chests, ice and water and will be driving around tomorrow afternoon handing out water to all of the workers. If you have water to donate or an ice chest I can use please give me a call at 394-0111 or my cell at 234-1399 You can drop off ice chest with you name on them and water at the command center at aalfs and I will pick it up in the morning.
Thanks
Cyndie
