Mary has to go to TX and start chemo. She will not be able to work, and will have to stay close to MD Anderson, her mother-in-law will have to stay with her, because she will not be allowed to stay by herself. She will be out of commission for about 1 year. Masses keep poping up, but thankfully not in her organs. The chemo has got to kill it out of her body, because surgery just is not getting it all. Everyone please say a prayer everytime you think of Mary.
For those who don't know Mary: Mary had it pretty tuff growing up and has came a long way. She has determination most only hear about. Mary was an awesome basketball player at Acorn School. After school Mary joined the Army and is now in the National Guard. After getting married and having two boys, Mary went back to school and earned a degree teaching... then her masters. She has been many things, a librarian, a coach, and is now teaching 5th grade at Acorn. She also has a son who will be headed to Afganistan early next year, and one in the 5th grade. She can't do this on her own, like she has done so many times before, but she's not letting that fact get her down....It's going to take money and prayers...lots of both. This girl is a fighter and a winner...and she needs some help.
