My wife and I are starting a new ministry, and we are asking for prayer as we step out in faith! smile.gif It's so much bigger than we are. So our specific request is that you pray that we don't waiver from what we KNOW God has put in our hearts to do. We feel equipped and prepared. We just know that this sort of thing requires a covering of prayer, as the enemy will come to stop the work of God and His saints. We are very excited as we begin this journey!

Thank you in advance!

Deep
(Wayne and LeAnn)

While trying to decide if I was following God's will by quiting my job and ministry to go to Bible college in prep for full time ministry,

I ran across a book called Found: God's Will

The gist was that

if you are a believer and seeking after him

if you are active in developing your relationship through Bible study, prayer, fellowship, service

if you are not harboring secret sins, but are fully repentant (not sin free which is not possible this side of heaven)

if your call has in some way been validated by one or more mature believers commenting on your giftedness

Then

Rest assured, your desire is God's desire. He has placed it within you to draw you to your next area of service. Be prepared for refinement of the goal as He has some plans that may not fit into your current concept, but as you move he will refine it.

I wll also be in prayer Deep

Thank you for your words of wisdom. And thank you for praying for us.
