I don't think we'll be able to do it. As far as I know, there's no way to take Direct-Feed video from the DS. That means everything would have to be off-screen.
I mean, even the gameboy we can do pretty easily because of the Gameboy Player... |

I don't know about you guys, but this video looks very "Direct-Feed"ish to me for a DS game, even though it isn't Mario related: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-lvb39g8xg
