The wait is finally over, Street Fighter 4 was released just recently in the United States. Capcom didn't disappoint, the graphics are really intense, very well animated. The gameplay is amazing, you basically try to hit your opponent and charge up your "combo gauge," and then you can perform special attacks by pressing two attack buttons at the same time, the power of it varies on exactly how much the combo gauge is charged up. The gauge "revvs" up the gameplay by adding a new, but simple twist to the battle system. In this new game, there are new characters introduced, such as the mysterious secret agent Scarlet Viper, and the hard hitting luchador-like El Fuerte. There are many combat options to choose from, arcade to unlock the hidden characters, versus mode to face off against your friends, or just a CPU, and last but not least, challenge mode. In challenge mode, you basically have to overcome obstacles to advance to the next level, some may be easy, and some might seem to be nearly unbeatable. Aside from all of that, there is also an entire collection of accomplishments/achievements you can attain by completing certain tasks throughout the game itself. Overall, an outstanding game that will not disappoint you. I would definitely recommend this game to anyone that has some money saved up they were planning on using to buy video games. For a game this amazing, it doesn't come at a very cheap price, like every other games for major consoles nowadays, average price is $59.99! GET THIS GAME!!!
