yeh the order can't be decided till after the playoffs cause playoffs matter for the last 8 spots

Foulkey never keeps his draft picks, so I don't think he cares.
Arizona, Milwaukee, and Seattle all missed the playoffs, yet get higher draft picks than some team that did make the playoffs.
