I cant take on much salary, and I need someone who is like...good, can maintain a good ERA and go alot of innings.

I'll throw in cash if you want dumbass I'm trying to help you out here. :) He'd easily pitch on many MLB rotations, just my pitching is on fire. Thus, no room for Woody.
