First off, do not let Aaron Hill's asking price scare you off. I make a lot of money, so he asks for a lot of money. Easily arbitrateable. And clearly, he's still got the skills.
Lazaro has underachieved for me, but I don't think he's reached his full potential yet. He led my team in home runs last year, and he's simply an RBI machine, despite that bad average and OBP. Every year he manages to top 100 RBI's, even hitting behind guys like James Loney, Andy LaRoche, Mitch Maier, and Edwin Encarnacion. Could probably be arbitrated down to under 10 mil/year.
Blackley had a bit of a downseason last year as far as ERA, but he's been great for me every year I've had him. Definitely an ace type pitcher for anyone who needs one. Led my team and the league in wins. Could probably be arbitrated down just a little bit.
Madson is known as one of the most consistent relievers in this league, and I might actually resign him. If he goes to FA, he'll surely make at least the 9.9/1, so it would be smart to get him now.
