i really got bored over the weekend and made this up. its kinda a ripoff of the megaman rpg website, but i put a little twist to it...

three races, reploid, humanoid, and virus, are in a war with each other and a few renegade groups are trying to bring peace. The dictator/leader of each race are megaman (reploid), zero (humaniod), and sigma (virus). now the renegade groups (i say groups cause there are more than one of them with different goals) have been striped of all armor and weaponary, but they have surppased that. they can buy armor and everything from the black market, but their main power relies upon the elemental cards.

storyline/missions-
in the year 22xx, three warring races have brought nothing but famine and plagues upon the world. the leaders of these races, reploids, humanoids, and virus, have nothing on their mind but the destruction of the other two. but there exists underground resisitence groups made up of all three races. but not all have the same goal.

choose your race.
Reploid-600 stat points
Humaniod-800 stat points
Virus-1000 stat points

you divide these stat points among your hp, att, spd, and def.

now for your weapons...
you only start off with starter weapons. you can buy more powerful weapons from the stores.

Reploid-Buster+200
Humanoid-Saber+100
Virus-Claws+50

you add the numbers to you attack so youll know what your attack range is...

element deck-
you choose from 6 elements.
fire
water
earth
air
light
and dark.

no one knows what cards come with your deck but its known to help with your stats.
when a field percantage is given, you multiply that with your cards stats...
such as.
field-
30% earth
if you have an earth deck, you do
armor stats: 20
x .30
6
now you add that to the original stats giving you 26.

now your stat sheet should look something like this...

oh and missions will be posted on other threads and also members stats will be posted on a different thread. email me to register for a mission. the threads will not condone spamming. Role playing will be played on the specific mission thread.

okay, now for the rules of fighting.
you cant say that you pulled out the opponents brains and stamped on them (basically you killed him in one blow.) you can only do at least one move. the only exception is that if you speed is doubled/tripled/etc of your opponents speed. then you can do two attacks in one turn.

the judges decide how much damage you delt to the opponent. any one who wants to apply for the position of a judge for a mission should email me. the judges are also the game master. they decide what kind of map it is, sets traps, and what enemies are in the area. no judge can kill a person because he got on your nerves. the players should be given a chance to dodge or at least do something to help themselves.
