Um, no. A global mod is a mod with access to every forum. A supermod is a global mod with limited administrating powers (creating/editing forums, banning users, etc). Although you have to install a hack to get Supermods. Want the link?

i have this hosted on invisionfree, and af does take .php suff, AND i only get 8 meg on the forum and 50 meg on the af account (expect me to talk a little bit of noob-ese as my keyboard is broken and ihave to use the ghetto os keyboard)
