I have it goes kinda slow unless it is for the "Nintendo 64"

I actually like it! Not only does it have more characters and fleshes the overall story out more, but because it's on the Dreamcast the graphics look better than on the PSX. I'd have to say I prefer it to MK4 because of including characters who still had story to tell instead of creating copycat characters with moves too similar to others (Jarek, Reiko, etc.).
