I would say, maybe those at content are different there but when I think on all the e-mails I wrote to them without getting any answer, I think they are the same way and don't care about the petitions. :(

I usually send the links of the two petitions in my emails so someone can look at it. Jess is right most powers that be don't care much about the petitions. Kinda stuck on what else to do.

It's great that fans from France want to help put but it looks a little weird. I hope it's not people just signing and putting names on it that don't exist.
