Light a Candle, For Marina

Marina's having some serious troubles at home, and recently suffered a fairly serious mental breakdown. From what I've been able to gather, which isn't much, it really isn't very pretty. "Distraught" would be putting it lightly.

Granted, you wouldn't really figure this out too quickly by looking at her on the boards, but Marina has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, which basically means she's either happy, or on the complete opposite end in depression, and it goes without saying she's hit that other end of the swing. There's no danger of Marina turning suicidal, that much was, is, and has been established a myriad of times; but I think its safe to say she'll be a hell of a lot more mellow after she, hopefully, gets back to normal.

Hey Marina, take care...my prayers are with you through your ordeal. Just know that, although we're not a big group here, we are part of your virtual family, and we're here for you if you need someone to chat with, a shoulder to cry on, or (in CF's case) a punching bag to punch. Take care

Excellent word from the front lines. For the most part, Marina seems to be getting better. She's a little more, shell we say, paranoid, than usual, but she's not on the complete deep end of depressed.

She does give massive thanks to everyone that sent good vibes her way, as do I.

I'll post any updates as they happen, but faster news does come from my boards (Guild of Slayers Online banner siggy). Will try to update as fast as I can, and anyone here that registers is guaranteed to get in (we have a wierd registration process because of all of Google's spam).
