 Error 6003 - Error with InstallShield, Getting error message trying to install

Anyone else out there run into this problem? Trying to install Myst Revelation and get an error message of 6003 which seems to have something to do with the InstallSheild software which automatically starts up to install the game.

Cannot figure out what the problem is or what to do to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated.

its from the CD, right? maybe you should ask customer support or whatever if they could send you another CD...

Should have mentioned. Already brought the game back to the store and exchanged it since the first one gave this problem. The new DVD still does it though.

i would think InstallShield would have customer support... maybe try asking them about "Error 6003", worked when i had that sort of problem... different program (Sonic MyDVD actually) tho...

Your best bet is to contact Ubi here because it sounds odd.
