I'm good with all of these except Whitney, shorten the term to 3 years or bump him up to 4.5 mil.

Does the cap continue to be in effect during the playoffs? Or does it disappear like the real nhl. If it disapears like the real nhl I will take the 4.5 root. If I have enough cap room I will take the 4.5 root either way. Otherwise, give me a day or two to think |

It doesn't really "disappear" at the end of the regular season. Since the trade deadline has passed there is no cap right now, you will have to be cap compliant before the start of next season though.

Ok, in that case my 4,5 mil 4 year offer is fine, I will be dumping dead weight during the summer. |
