I am going very well but i don't have Latias

my strongest pokemon are
lvl 100 Swampert
lvl 100 Flygon
lvl 100 Kyogre
lvl 100 Rayquaza
lvl 83 Gyrados
lvl 81 Grumpig

I'm wondering if any1 has an easy way to catch Latias without Master Balls or Southern Island?
