Re: Submarine Procurement
Greetings esteemed Viseadmiral Bakke,
We are glad that Cotland is our first export partner, and that your nation has decided to procure the Type A diesel-electric submarine (the first export of the Type A, at that). In any case, the order has been confirmed. As previously discussed privately, most of the construction will take place in indigenous shipyards in Cotland, under the overlook of Sisnaval's technicians. This said, Shisnaval's shipyards will undertake construction of fifty of the two hundred ordered submarines, and the other one hundred and fifty will be produced in Cotland. The production of 3/4 of the order will take the amount of time required by the indigenous shipyards, so we can't say or do much in this regards - we will not hinder production capabilities. The fifty to be produced by Sisnaval will be constructed ten at a time and will probably take around one year minimum a piece, meaning at a minimum we're looking at a total of five years worth of construction time.
We hope that this is acceptable. Thank you for your business and fory our patience,

Dear Dr.Ing. Hoya,
This is most acceptable to the Royal Cottish Navy. The Navy already has contracts with several shipyards to help construct, repair, modify and maintain Cottish warships, and we are certain that they are able to carry out the construction of the submarines in question with Castillan supervision and assistance.
We thank Navantia for its swift reply and forthcoming, and hope to return to Navantia for business again in the future. The funds for the submarines has been transfered to the appropriate accounts.

Official Tribal Chiefdom of Vetaka Diplomatic Message:
To: Navantia Export Conglomerate
From: Jonathon Stone, Supreme Operational Commander of the Vetakan Defence Forces
Subject: Procurement of Type A Submarine
Greetings,
As part of the Tribal Councils commitment to maintaing the Vetakan Defence Forces as a Diverse and Capable force with the capacity to respond to any situation or incident it has been decided that the VDF would greatly benifit from maintaining its own fleet of Type A Submarines to increase out commitment to the safety of maritime security within Vetakan Waters and the wider Novan Region.
As such Vetaka wishes to secure a total of 50 Type A Submarines to compliment our exsisting Submarine Fleet. I have calculated the cost to be $32.75 Billion Nation States Dollars. If this is acceptable we will transfer the funds to your predisgnated accounts immediately.
Thank You
Jonathon Stone

Re: Type A Submarine
Mr. Stone,
Thank you for taking into consideration a product of Navantia, especially since as of yet we are almost an unknown naval export company. This will be our second international contract, although hopefully as our partner contractors begin to offer ships on the international market we will become more and more known. Furthermore, we're glad that a member state of the Fedala Accord has decided to contract from an allied nation. Regardless, the order has been confirmed. Due to building restrictions, brought about by the contract with the Cottish navy [although we are currently expanding our shipyards] the construction has been subcontracted to Kaizkinaretozekellziovarikanoutzonayyekreina-2 [Novacom Manufacturing, Kaziktra Marine Production Combine 2] which has claimed a quick construction time, without sacrificing quality. According to their technicians, the submarines will be laid down ten at a time and will complete them within six to seven months; the entire contract should require roughly thirty-five months [less than three years].
We hope that this is acceptable,

Re: Production Rights
___________________
After reviewing the landing craft market (admittedly, not a large undertaking), DefMin has decided that your Catamaran Landing Craft (CLC) are the best fit for South Thas needs. Rather than swamp you with continuous orders as our needs develop, it seems prudent to simply buy the production rights for the vessels. We are under the impression that the typical production rights cost the equivalent of 1,000 units ($26 billion). If this is correct, payment will be wired upon confirmation of purchase.
Yours,
