V1 had "point it towards London" guidance and a crappy 1st gen jet engine giving it 1/3 the range (and how do you know what a V1 would cost today anyway?).

Convert reichsmarks to dollars (it was pegged at 2.5 pre-pearl), inflation adjust it. It would be roughly accurate.

Radar is lower resolution, and is comparable to the $3000 models on civilian aircraft. This isn't precision. How much would scaling up an airframe and engine cost anyway?

I see. X-jet too pricey.

Inflation is averaged over all products. Computers are vastly cheaper than in 1945, steel plate less so. I don't doubt that a V1 would be cheaper than a tomahawk but I do not know what it would cost.

nb - you haven't made a V1, you've made a bigger tomahawk.

"The missile has a CEP75 rating of 40 meters and can be programmed to fly through a ten meter window along a predesignated route."

It's only a bit worse than the tomahawk, maybe not even that because you're using a stricter definition of CEP. The cost is not just the radar modules, but the computer system that processes the data. It's dangerous to estimate costs based on components. The silicon content of your computer is worth almost nothing, but that doesn't represent the final price.

PDE is a "future" propulsion system. Pulsejet is different, and requires you to cut the range.

Weather-balloon dropped GPS-guided glide-bomb, using a Nintendo Wii-mote strapped to the side as an accelerometer.

Otherwise, laser-guided, point and click, click, click-click-click... Boom.

Train a pigeon to aim the laser, totally baffle the ECM-boffins. After three successful shots, pigeon returns to base with laser strapped to leg, re-arms, and gets sent back out to the frontlines.

...

Can we rig that up to the fire-control of a gunship and train pigeons to 'peck at the little black people on the screen'?

*replaces entire B-29 guncrew with a flock of pigeons*
-We'd save a fortune in aircrew-training, and their use of short controled bursts would save ammunition.

You mean weather radar?

Since it's the second time it's been posted -

This missile is in a dramatically different class to tomahawk, despite looking outwardly similar. It is only 1/5 the mass, and carries a proportionally smaller warhead.

No cost is actually stated on the website, but newspaper article on wiki says 'less than $100k', which is a 5-10x saving. Any difference comes from using turbojet rather than turbofan, and ditching TERCOM.
