Eh, personally I'm a fan of superchargers, they're a lot of fun in the right use.

You might want to look into a quad-turbo set up. Have two sets of different size biturbo designs, with a smaller one to get spooled up quicker and get power to the engine so the larger ones can spool up faster and produce the real power. It will remove turbo lag, which will be a serious problem for the ammount of boost you will need to get that much power.
And you need to make sure the displacement hits closer to 7L. You can get plenty of horsepower from smaller engines, but they're all racing engines, which means they are designed to be rebuilt every day or every other day, not really an option for a supercar.

I'll up the displacement some and dumb down the hp/liter ratio. However, as I've said before, these basically are race cars, one only has to look at the transmissions to see that. These certainly aren't every day drivers.

EDIT: Engine is now dumber.
