Long story short, I'm pretty slow at writing when it comes to designs, and the writing doesn't always come out smooth. By now I have a number of WIP designs where the technical part is more than half done, the writing part much less. If you are looking to make something good, but aren't set on something specific, there is an opportunity here.

The offer goes as follows: I give you base tech info, a crude schematic, a partial writeup, main specs, etc, we talk it over IM, I explain it and answer any questions. There are multiple designs to pick from, NS-grade and SMS-grade, you have the choice.
You make a marketable writeup (with a pic is even better). Details are figured out as we go along. Then I go through the writeup, correcting, improving and expanding on technical information. This is a substantial part, and we may have another round again. The end result is shared on an equal basis, both of us can use it and sell it. Timescale is around a month per design.

It's open to everyone with reasonable writing and tech skills. I'll be delighted if an established designer takes it up, as it will certainly reflect well on the end result. If not, we'll manage, it's 1 to 100 for most of these to see the light of day otherwise, and that could be a loss.
Post here or PM me if you're interested.

I'd be willing to help on any designs you'd want me to. With technical details, I could probably expand on the research/writing part.

I'm more ore less in the same position as vault (but from a much less established perspective)

I have plenty of designs were the technical bit is done but the rest is not (I even have an action specially made for vaults caseless shotgun rounds)

Personally I am a bit hamper that by the fact that I do my designs on squared paper when working out how the should function an I never really get to the part were i digitize them.

Possibly. Can't give a more affirmative commitment than that, at the moment.

Stevid: Well, you must be congratulated for creating an arsenal ship that hasn't been torn to shreds by the NSD Naval community. I've seen many arsenal ships go through here and been laughed at, but you've gone and designed one that everyone seems at least half okay with.  Well done.

Lyras: Competence-wise, an M-21 would comfortably be a match for the vast majority of NS-grade tanks.

Yanitaria: Compared to you, most designers look like they have ADD.
