As Ansari Empire made its final preparation of a clash with a nation whose name shall not be mentioned, our naval force are now in need of a long-range, silent submarine capable of sinking large amount of enemy shipping without resupplying. There are no submarine currently in service with the Imperial Navy that is fully designed for this role. So we would like to offer a contract for buying a large amount of such submarine, or the production right of it, to improve our navy's ability to harass enemy shipping.

Good luck hunting that "great white tanker".
Been there, had some success using a sailboat.

Either a nuclear boat /w/ passive/convection cooling

OR

A conventional boat with nuclear/RTG grade AIP augmented with ye-olde reliable H2O2 AIP.

GC also tends to be lacking in a good CIWS, so a spammeriffic guided-missile armarment is good too.

Targeting will be difficult.

What kinda boat you already got?

Actually, I was trying to organize my navy with more and more NS-vessels, while my army and air force is getting more and more Nationstatized, the navy of mine isn'
t very ns, so I guess Hatchet-class is one of the smallest frigate I have, but Hatchet's range is too low to get into BC's earth and sink african ship then get back to my country, so I guess I need something else.

For now all I can think of is Ohio for nuking and Seawolf. I am trying to acquire MLSS-21 for my navy, the medium version should be useful for overwhelming their CIWS and blow up the escort along with their tankers.

Considering that this is GC, you can get-by with risking an Ohio-class SSGN, though I'd rather use the AShM-oriented Yankee-Notch or Oscar class.

But since you're prolly going to want to do this on the cheap at least until you get ahold of 'better' stuff, insert a 'missile plug' into existing submarines.

Any nation on NS can have RL equipment, so long as they can properly RP an excuse for them to have it.

Probably 60 submarines for now, but that's for now since my nation does expand its navy, and construction may raise alot in the future since we aim to alow up every single GC ship.
