[Numbers taken from the US government because... I pay taxes for them]

Exogenous variables
World Market
Oil Prices: $40 per barrel
Petrol Prices: $2 per gallon (gas prices are roughly 1.5-2.5x oil prices per barrel, multiplier correlating inversely with oil prices and year)
Diesel Prices: $1.33 per gallon (diesel prices are roughly 1.4-1.3x oil prices per barrel, showing remarkable demand stability with a very slight decrease over time)
Coal Prices:
Uranium Prices:

Rich and Corporations
Maintains strategic reserve
Subsizes import substitution capacity (i.e. coal to oil)
Value added per work hour: $70
Unemployment: 5%
Hours worked - Annual Average Per Worker: 1991
Population: 460,000,000
Civilian Employment %: 60%
Non-gainful Employment: 13% (government/NGO work)

Exports % of GDP: maybe 21%

Tax % of GDP: 22.5%
Budget % of GDP: 20%
Defence % of Budget: 21%
Budget Surplus: $794.8 billion (artificial investment stimulus, Mises style, also spent towards strategic reserves)
Defence Budget: $1.335 trillion

Notes:
39 metric tons of oil converts to one million BTU
Dutch disease reduces non-oil GDP by roughly 10 cents for every dollar of oil production ($41 billion to the US economy), I don't know the effect of other resource production. SuperNSeconomies that are net-resource exporters are truly unfeasible. Going to pretend that being a massive net resource importer yields 70,000 GDP per capita per annum. Since economics is circular and I'm using a spreadsheet, some figures are going to have to come out of nowhere.
15 million BTU per tonne of coal (this value ranging from 10 million to 30 million depending on quality, the US has 20 million BTU per tonne)
US coal consumption per BOe

Endogenous variables
Rich and Corporations
GNP per Capita: $69,113

Defence & Aerospace Industry, Employed: 1,907,520 (assuming $700k per year of defence spending hires one worker directly, for US it is ~$660k)

Energy Intensity: 10,000 BTU per dollar of GDP or ~5.8 KWh per dollar (roughly 1.3x US, roughly 1x China)
Energy Consumption per Capita: 235 BOe per capita per annum
Oil Consumption per Capita per annum: 40 barrels (US is 25 barrels, France is 23)
Oil Consumption per annum: 18.4 billion barrels (US: 6.98 billion barrels, NA: 8.45 billion barrels)
Refinery Capacity: 21.2 billion barrels (15% over consumption)

Energy Consumption per Capita other then oil: 195 BOe per capita per Annum
Energy Consumption: 89.7 billion BOe

Going to do some weighted averaging for the rest

Oil % of energy consumption: 17.1%
Coal % of energy consumption: 12.7%
Gas % of energy consumption: 14.3%
Nuclear % of energy consumption: 52.45%
Renewables % of energy consumption: 3.45% (biomass, hydro, etc)

I suspect some errors have been made while converting Barrel equivalency.

Coal Consumption per annum: 13.7 billion BOe or 2.8 billion tonnes of coal (899 million tonnes for US)
Gas Consumption per annum: 15.4 billion BOe or 2.5 billion cubic meters of natural gas (US is 790 million cubic meters, the world consumes 3 billion cubic meters)
Nuclear Consumption per annum: 56.7 billion BOe or 11,500 GWe/year (possible error here, going to do some rechecking)
Renewable Production/Consumption: 3.7 billion BOe

Fossil Fuel Domestic Production: negligible (~15%)
Domestic Nuclear input Production: ~75% (incl. waste recycling)

Transportation: 50% of energy consumption
High speed freight rail at 110 kmh.
Marine diesel for trading.

Imports % of GDP: maybe 20% of GDP

2.5% budget surplus with 3.5% annual economic growth asymptotes sometime after a account balance of 73.5% of GDP (assuming any interest accrued is used for emergencies/pork)
If 1% interest is kept, the account balance would asymptote after 100% of GDP, lower annual growth rates would increase the account balance even higher.

70% of GDP can be used towards a sizeable sovereign wealth fund
Asset Allocation
~45% in securities
-15% in home mortgages (50% foreign 50% domestic)
-30% in commercial and industrial loans (75% domestic 25% foreign)
-30% bonds (municipal, corporate, foreign)
-25% in stocks
~40% in materials/barter money
- Enough raw materials to supply the nation for eight months. Also, quarter of a trillion dollars in gold or roughly 6,000 tonnes.
~15% in money market/fiat money
-Commercial paper (80% domestic, 20% foreign)
-Treasury bills (80% foreign, 20% domestic)
-Municipal notes (70% domestic, 30% foreign)
-40% minimum in Currency (75% domestic, 25% foreign)
