Wiki article because all other sources are Polish, and AFAIK no one on this board speaks Polish.

Anyone heard of this thing before? What's Bushmaster's share in this? The Polish appearently do not mention the ACR anywhere.

There's a guy on DA who makes military journals, one of them had the Radon in it, but it may have been edited over...

Yeah it's been edited over.
He had pics of Polish soldiers using it on exercise and possibly in action, not sure if he had any info up for it.

Is that done by changing the lower receiver?
If so, that's really cool and an excellent idea.

Knock yourself out:

http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums/showt...rifle-prototype

I haven't seen pictures of the internals yet, but the word from various sources is that it's very AR-18ish*... so, same as everything else.

*but probably without the dual guide rods from the AR-18 that nobody copies for some reason.

May have to copy this conventional/bullpup conversion mechanism on a future rifle...

Well the older versions of the MSBS didn't look like an ACR yet, which made this rifle of particular interest to me. I mean, is this an ARC with minor alterations, or does it just look a lot like it externally?

(probably the latter since that charging handle would prolly not work with an orignal ACR)

It's just very aesthetically similar.
From the looks of it, that bullpup conversion is made by changing the lower receiver and nothing else. After all, the firing selector remains unmoved.
