Ok so i've been saying it might just be better if we threw the clan away( it makes me cry too, i know) and just make this into a Naruto/Other anime fan forum. Then we could invite more members that dont necessarily play RS and it would be fun to have new ppl that actually care.

So i'm making a poll. that has 3 options.
1. leave it the way it is
2. convert it into a naruto fan forum
3. I could easily make a completely new forum that is a naruto fan site and kinda abandon this one

3 would be easier for some parts and harder for some things. Sadly i dont think i could replace anything we have here so we would have to re-post things but it would be better organized and i wouldnt have to go through and delete every old post and stuff so idk.

So what do you think?
And comment and say what you voted for if you dont mind.

Either leave it the way it is, or delete the RS section. The old topics that wouldn't be on the new site are priceless.

Well it's a toss-up for me. I said either keep or convert.

I just don't want a new site.

bleach, all they said was something "very very big." That doesn't necessarily mean a new skill. It could mean that, but, really, it could mean a lot of things.

All in all, this looks like a lot of good updates coming up. While I'm not playing RS right now much, I figure that I'll be playing it at some point in the future, just when I'm less busy.

So game your not gonna vote untill they release their hint? They said they are "going to let a few hints trickle out over the next few weeks..." It could actually be more than a month before that happens... I was really hoping to get your input since your one of the larger members of the forum...

but this fan site isn't gonna suck! and its still gonna have a section for diff videogames and runescape can have its own post and when we get on RS we are still all friends and can still do stuff together. We just wouldn't "technically" be a clan.

I like things the way they are, but here's my input on some things:

We really aren't much of a clan anymore. I mean back in the summer we did lots of stuff. Barely any of us get on rune anymore, and its kinda a bummer, but thats just how things roll.

If we do change it, then I still wont be around very often, I just dont get on this forum all that often.

If we change it, we should just disband the clan, and just be friends.



I think we should just:
a. disband the clan and make this a forum for naruto
b. leave it as is.

I can't really pick between the two.... but i do think it HAS to be one of those two. no inbetween.

ok so its 4:2:1 so its pretty much deff going to be converted. Ive started to change the coding for some things on a test forum and then i'm just gonna copy the code over and then make a bunch of changes to the categories and topics and ranks and permission and stuff. Once i get everything down on paper the way i want it to be i'll be taking the board offline for like a whole weekend or something and then when i put it back online everything will be changed and stuff. i'm planning on prolly making all the changes not this upcoming weekend but the one after.

For the ranks i'm planning on having:
academy student
genin
chunin
jounin
anbu
anbu squad leader
sannin
kage
and maybe some others if we think of some good ones that fit
they are all based on the number of posts you have except sannin and kage
Sannin and going to be moderators and Kages are going to be admins.
Game and Bleach, since you are mods for that one forum and i really trust you 2 I figure i'll make you 2 sannin.
Ryken and me so far are basically the only kages. Hero idk, Cobra idk, Denny idk.
So what do you guys think about those ranks?

Sounds pretty good. I can't think of a way to make it better. I think that's enough ranks though. I don't expect to have hundreds of members with multi-thousands of posts each. We'd be lucky to have 20 active members.

well i'm sure that once it is open to all fans, we will have many new active people. Thanks for your input.

actually...since i have a 3-day weekend this weekend i might just make all the changes on sat-sun-mon.

Lol, sorry, I'm just giving you a hard time because I think that's the third time or so that you've said that. Although Joe and I don't study Japanese (yet- I will in college next year), we have watched enough to pick up a few things. Anyway, maybe Javis or peter would want to step up, they get on once in a while as well. Or maybe when new people come we'll get someone fairly quickly that posts a lot and posts intelligently. Technically, we could have up to five kages as well, but unless we take the time to teach others the different things admins can do, it wouldn't really be responsible to promote them.

ya well then what do you want to call the moderators? hmmm? Hmm bleach? what do you want to call them?!?!? mmhmmm!!....

and on a more serious note. IDK!
