Gotham Docks Where the low-brow meet and greet. It is the site of the final arrest of Carmine Falcone. A lot of illegal activity goes on here, that's no secret. The trick is to try and catch the bad guys without getting being thrown to the fishes. Not the cleanest place but probably the best place if you're looking for trouble.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
Downtown District Everything one could possibly imagine is located in the heart of Gotham City. The sidewalks are normally crowded with people walking to and from work and lunch. There are a number of cafes to choose from, as well as newstands and food vendors hawking their wares. Midtown Center The business center of Gotham, hence the name. It's filled with hundreds upon hundreds of people working for that higher pay. The most reliable banks are here along with the cities finest here to protect said banks. There aren't any small shops. Just big banks and big businesses. Uptown Uptown Gotham is largely residential, with a quaint suburban feel. This is the part of Gotham that is most civilized. A lot of the hoity-toity live here and they're not shy about letting others know how much better they are than them.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
Outskirts Out of city limits. It's mostly filled with small communities and quaint suburbs. To the north, is the stately Wayne Manor. To the south is Blackgate Penitentiary, a home for criminals.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
