Yep, after 10 years of duty, JAG gets a honourable discharge. I don't know what everyone else thinks about it. Personally, my feelings are a little bit... mixed.
I loved the stories. I loved Harm's first partner, Lt. Meg Austin (the blonde from Season 1). I absolutely loved Bud Roberts. I admired Admiral Chegwidden, especially his wry manners and his name. But I deeply, honestly despised Harmon Rabb. The guy was a self-centered, annoying macho bastard. And I hated the fact that Colonel Mary Sue McKenzie apparently couldn't get away from him. If I were Mac, I'd have torn Harm's family jewels off and stuffed them into his mouth. Approximately on the second day of shared work. Not to mention the fact that such a malnourished babe would never make it in the Marines. Heck, she'd never make it as a teacher in lower primary school! So, the fazit for me is: great stories/cases, wondrous supporting characters (aside from Mic Brumby who was simply an idiot) and highly annoying lead characters. Any opinions? Feel free to disagree with me. -------------------- They also say: Go not to the Elves for counsel, for they will say both no and yes.
