I've done a quick look around, and only me, nannham and webby have avatars , i.e. only 3 out of 13 members.

C'mon give it a go

Or maybe someone who knows could provide some URLs to places to get Avatar's from?

If someone has a picture that is too large, PM me and I'll give you some instructions to make it smaller.

BTW, Definitely feeling better compared to this morning!

I have so much work to do on this site LOL... then I have to get Webby my webmaster to help me figure it out. Its not as easy with these forums as with the old ADHD / Ouch Couch invisionfree ones - ask Zic

We will get there meanwhile - upload any avatars you like to imageshack or photobucket and we add them to your control panel.

getting there Sapph! just a matter of finding the time.

i want lots of cool smileys too. they will all arrive.

have a look at the ADHD Australia link on the www.theouchcouch.com - we have got the old ADHD Aussies united link upped and we will keep it there for a while.

You and Zic can manage it for me if you want. I know between the two of you, it will be perfect. I will keep working on this one with webby.
