RULES AND GUIDELINES

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ADMIN WILL BAN THOSE THAT BREAK THE RULES IF THEY FEEL IT NECESSARY AND THEY WILL NOT RECEIVE AN EXPLANATION! NOR WILL ANY CORRESPONDENCE BE ENTERED INTO REGARDING IT.



THE GOLDEN RULE - What is said in The Ouch Couch STAYS in here. If you cannot keep things here and you break the trust of the members who feel safe in our company, you will be instantly and without warning BANNED. Have some loyalty and respect at all times for your fellow members who trust in opening up their hearts to us here.

1. The Ouch Couch Admin & Moderaters are not responsible for any messages posted.

2. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

3. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email at ADMIN@THEOUCHCOUCH.COM

4. No Spam - Advertising links, unneccessary posting. Any SPAM related offences will result in a warning. Further action will be undertaken at the discretion of the Administrators or Modertaors. However, advertising legitimate health related products, with the permission of the Administrators of The Ouch Couch may be considered. Please Email ADMIN@THEOUCHCOUCH.COM if you feel you have a product that you have trialled yourself and would like to share with others. We are not against our members making profit from the sale of their goods, but permission must first be asked.


6. No Flamming or Nastiness of any kind will be tolerated. if you don't like someone or their posts, ignore them. If you choose to put down anyone for the sake of feeling like you are entitled to, you will be banned, whether you are a long term member or friend, it still will not be tolerated. No one on The Ouch Couch will be ridiculed, put down, embarrassed by another under any justification! got an issue - get a tissue! failing that take it to PM. The members of The Ouch Couch are not interested in anyone's negative treatment of another - even if you feel that you have been enflamed to be so - it will not be tolerated. And Admin will not take sides, Admin will take immediate action.

7. No Excessive language - excessive means a post full of bad language. say the occassional obscentity if it expresses what you are saying - but do not use it against others - nor over do it. You all know its fine in small doses, its just an embarrassement to you and this board if it is over used and used as an insult! So please have some decorum. One Threatening Post will get you a whole lot of OUT. Threats are no. 1 for getting yourself banned. Have a leash on your egos please.


8. Absolutely NO duplicate accounts.


9. Accounts with the same IP will both be deleted and the IP will be banned.


10. No cutting and pasting of posts on The Ouch Couch forums dialogue or content of any kind to any non-member with the intention of inciting trouble, or for the sake of bitchiness. No troublemaking is tolerated here. The Ouch Couch is a peaceful community here to share wisdoms and companionship - not for competitiveness of any kind. If you dont share these same values you dont belong here. Any negative outcome due to you as a member cutting and pasting other peoples posts from The Ouch Couch to non members is your responsibility and the consequences will be suspension until explainations are forthcoming to Admin, who will post your reasons to those that were offended. So use your brain, and realise what you are doing when sharing information that is only member privilages with those that are not. People are welcome to duplicate Medical News and Research posts to other forums if they desire to share the wisdom or knowledge of it, but nothing of a personal nature from any member. This is acceptable to Admin, but please check with the Original Poster first, their consent is mandatory.


11. If you are displaying exceptionally strange behaviour, that is risking other members, or enticing them into cults or pushing your religious beliefs on others with no respect - you will be warned and if you fail to curb your ways, you will be removed. Yes we have experienced some very strange behaviour. Our members do not need this type of 'help'.

Minimum Post Count

12. "Voyuer" membership will not be tolerated. Long term zero post count members, at the discretion of Admin will be deleted and will have to re-register.
