Exalted returning in a core set? In black?

Nicol Bolas Planeswalker? Multicolored Spells? New Multicolored Spells?

New Legendary Creatures? Perhaps a cycle?

I wonder what the new counterspell will be if Mana Leak is gone.

probably something terrible if they think mana leak is too good for standard.

when they are flooding standard with hexproof creautures they really need to maintian good counterspells.

It also looks like the "ponder" spell for M13 is going all the way back to "Slieght of Hand". Its been all over screen shots for D13.

I just would have preferred they used 8th edition art instead of 7th.

New legends are cool though as long as they get better than the mono-black thraximundar.

Based on today's dailymtg arcana and discussion at MTG Salvation, it looks like the planeswalkers are going to be a new Ajani, Jace Memory Adept, a new Liliana, Chandra the Firebrand, Garruk Relentless, and Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker.

i think there is talk that the nicol bolas might be new as well, any evidence to the contrary?

id also bet dollars to donuts that they wont be doing flip garruk, did you typo or is that really the rumor?

Vampire Nocturnus is back. Is there an aggressive vampires deck in standard now? I'm super happy about Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker though. Also I never knew Nicol Bolas x2 is a real card, where can I get one? And is it twice as expensive?

I also wanted to mention that I hope they print a good counterspell card because with all their might as they huffed and they puffed, counters still aren't dead. So is M13 where counters will die or will they prevail? Tune in next time on Dragon Ball Z.

Some math results that Nicol Bolas is likely the first of the multicolored cards in the set. Seems as though he's probably the only one if they begin at N.

Vampire Nighthawk is being reprinted????!!!! I'm so in there. I hope they keep the original art. Need MOAR Nighthawk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111one Jace's Phantasm seems really good, not sure where it goes though.

Wow, I'm really liking M13 right now. Good of Wizards to feed my Elf habit. I'll take a format for a few months that has 4 x Llanowar, 4 x Arbor Elf, and 4 x Elvish Visionary again. I'm not too keen on Yeva's Forcemage, but I look forward to what Yeva could bring to the table.

I like the Giant Ramp spell, but I like the Hunting Wilds-ish reprint, Ranger's Path, even more. Nim's Staff seems pretty fun, and the flavor of "Murder" is really cool.

I'm gonna miss Llanowar Elves, since Arbor Elf's presence means it's probably not going to be there. On the other hand, if Wizards gives me those new Fyndhorn Elves, I may lose my mind. Where did I put those foil Copperhorn Scouts? Looks like I'll need to pick up some foil Caverns to go with my other pimp cards... Lol.

I almost feel like Nin's Rod (or whatever) could almost be useful in some sort of UW control as basically a Consecrated Sphinx replacement once it rotates, but honestly, it's bad. Like worse than Moonsilver Spear as a promo bad.
