Hello-
I have made the disk and the program boots up just fine in DOS mode using an external CD. The problem I keep getting is that it tells me I have 3 available SAM Files, C:, D:, F: after making my choice, I receive the option to choose what user acct I would like to reset with no user account's shown. I have tried even just <enter> and it restarts to original option. If I choose 1-3 I receive an error of " invalid choice!".

the operating system is Vista 32- on an Acer 6930.

Hi,

This is usually a corrupted SAM file. Create this avanced CD below, try it and see if you get any different reslults. If you do, I can do some advanced troubleshooting for you to try and reslove it.
