Hi,
You must have purchased before it was changed, which can happen from time to time, in case the current one becomes compromised.
Please go here and contact me using the form, so the information we pass back and forth will not be seen by anyone simply looking at this part of the site.
Be sure to provide your full name used when you purchased, and the email address at the time of purchase. If you remember the date, that helps too.
Thank you very much,
Dana
PS - I'm going to remove your email address from your initial message to avoid SPAM on your account if someone were to see it here.

When you purchase the software, you are given the option of choosing the Basic or Standard version. The Standard version comes with lifetime support which includes software replacement and more. This is only available to customers who purchase the Standard version.
If you can provide me with your proof of purchase, I can assist you with your needs, as long as you purchased the Standard version. I'd need further info to look up your purchase however, so I highly recommend that you send it via email rather than on this open forum.
If you purchased the Basic version which as stated on the purchase page as being for one computer and support for up to 7 days, then you would be required to purchase the software again. In fairness to my customers who buy the Standard version to receive all the extra benefits, this is a strict policy and can't be waived.
There is one other possibility that may work for you however. Since it sounds like you purchased quite some time back, it may have been when I only offered the Standard version, you wouldn't have had a choice. This means that you would be eligible for software replacement. If you think this could be your situation, contact me via the Contact Us page mentioned earlier, and I will be happy to check for you. I don't suggest posting the info here, I can't reply with any codes or downloads, plus you'd be putting information anyone can see and you might not want it known to them. Using the Contact Us page will get you replies via email and avoid this.
Thanks,
Dana

As of now, it hasn't been determined whether you are eligible for lifetime benefits, so you comment doesn't make much sense to me at this point. I've tried to get you to cooperate and find out which version you purchased, but every response has been via this forum and no information as to the version you purchased has been provided. There's no indication that you've even purchased at all, so issuing a new key or software is not an option unless something tells me otherwise in the information I've requested but have not received.
This is the perfect thread however, to give potential buyers a reminder and suggest they fully read the benefits of each version.
If you are trying to decide between the Basic version and the Standard version and feel that you may find yourself losing the software or needing to use it beyond the 7 day period which is fully explained on the website as well, I strongly suggest paying the extra few dollars for the lifetime benefits. This includes technical support as well, so if you're trying to unlock a computer for instance a couple years after purchasing, don't hesitate to contact me for help. I talk to past buyers just about every day issuing them a replacement key or walking them through resetting a stubborn machine. Believe me, it's very difficult to get someone to help you in situations like this, and when you do, it's very expensive. The Standard version is only $15 more, and is worth every cent according to more than one previous buyer's email to me.
The most common thing I find, is past buyers needing the key again, and if that's the case and you purchased the version with lifetime benefits, you will receive a replacement immediately. This is also for the Corporate version as well. Both the Corporate and Standard versions come with lifetime benefits. You must also understand that if you choose to purchase the Basic version, the lifetime policy is enforced. If you loose your key a year later, and need it again, I will not reissue the key for Basic customers. Saving a few dollars comes at a cost, and it would be extremely unfair if the people buying the Standard version could have received the same benefits with the Basic version. That simply would not be right, you must buy the correct version in order to get the benefits shown on the website that come with each one.
Thank you very much to those understanding my position on the matter,
