Hi,
I am also having the following message when running your disk to change to retreive forgotten password. "Password-rset could not find a valid SAM file in my hard disk" Any help would be most greatful Cheers Mark |

Hi Mark,
I beleive you sent an email as well, but I'll post here too. If the disc isn't finding the SAM file, the next thing to try would be to run the Advanced disc, a link to it is located on the right side of the download page, or here's a direct link: HERE Once it boots up, go to My Computer on the Desktop and run the Password Reset program located on the X: drive by double clicking it. See if it picks up the SAM file that way. Thanks, Dana |
