i purchased full program on 5/30/07 and booted laptop with boot disk . it said it reset passwords . i have windows 2000 professional. but when it boots up it still won't let me log on , the screen says hit ctrl alt del to secure password at start screen . i left password blank and also did the same in safe mode. will still not let me in. can you help me.
