Dell D620 with Windows XP Pro SP2 using version 1 of passwordreset.

Every time I attempt to reset the (renamed) admin accout (_%Admin!^) I get the error screen GPF, but I always type "reset(space)_%Admin!^" <enter> - any ideas as to what might be causing this behavior?

I don't seem to be able to log in to the machine locally. It is a business machine and (although I don't receive any messages indicating this to be the case), is it possible that Local Security Settings has been set to "Deny Logon Locally"? If so, is there any way around this?

Hi,

It sounds like you are using the older version. Are you a customer from more than a week ago?

Thanks,

Dana

No problem! I just changed your forum access to Paid Customer. You will now see a link to the latest version on the forum main page.

Thanks,

Dana
