Weíve received many notes from users who have said that they were very skeptical of our claims etc, but were pleasantly surprised when they were back into their computers.

We understand the hesitancy of buying something over the internet. With so much fraud going on, it can be difficult to decide whether or not something is legit. Below are some things you can ponder and help you decide.

First of all, if our product didnít work, we would have been out of business a long time ago. We accept credit cards as our payment method and believe me, no business will last long with any credit card merchant company if they canít deliver the goods. We stand behind our product!

Speaking of credit card merchants, in addition to accepting PayPal, we have our own credit card merchant account. Only solid, in good standing companies can obtain a merchant account. We DO NOT use 3rd party companies such as RegNow to process our transactions. You deal directly with us, and our contact information is ours, not someone else who has no idea how to assist you with the product.

Experience. We are in our 5th year of operation. We do not claim to have helped thousands of users and then have a website that was registered a month ago. You can check our domain name using a whois search and see that we registered our name back in 2005. Also, our site is backed by over 10 years of computer experience.

Proof. I suppose if we were really determined, we could make up all the information located on the forums. Of course, this isnít the case. If you read through the posts, you will see that we address all concerns promptly and that they are always resolved. We do not edit any posts or delete them unless they contain improper content.

Thanks for listening!
