Trying to re-set my daughter's Dell Inspiron laptop 6400/E1505 running windows 7 ... she has forgotten login password.
Using the password-reset installed on a USB drive - get to an error screen that says: ********************************************* Could not find the configuration file. Please visit http://www.password-reset.com for more information ********************************************** So, here I am - ANY HELP?? |
