administrative password was set to my 2011 toshiba satellite laptop and a back up disk was never made. what can be done to fix this problem with out it costing me more then i payed for it.

Thanks for the referral Carratea.
 alyssamccune, read through the website, it explains what is necessary in order to remove your password. You can download the software and do all the steps for free until the very end. By then if it is doing what it says in the instructions and is questing an activation key to continue, then you can purchase the key and finish removing the password.
