Hi,
Is the evaluation copy be used for resetting the windows admin password. I have an education center so Iam planning to buy the whole package. Once I want to try it on the evaluation copy, if it is working fine and resetting the password I will have the whole version. Just I want to know whether it is for demo purpose or it will resolve the resetting problem for once. |

The evaluation version will take you through the entire process until you get to the removal step. It will show you the removal step but will not remove the password.
We tried to allow users to pay after verifying the removal step in the past, but most seemed to forget to pay.  |

Hi Thadd,
Iam from India(chennai).Once if i pay the amount....and if the password problem remains same..how can i rectify that & my money will be wasted. last day i've tried to boot the disk with evaluation..but after completing all the steps it has written two pdf files into CD.I felt disappointed. You have created the CD correctly if you have 2 .pdf files on it.

Iam from india.will u deliver the password reset cd or should i download from online (if u give download privilages for full version). what is the process if i purchase the same through online.
